In-Person and Telehealth Therapy Sessions
I provide individual weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions
virtual and/or in my office on weekdays. I offer two hour sessions for more intensive IFS insight work.
Individual and Group IFS Consultation Services (For Therapists)
I provide consultation services to therapists learning the IFS model. Consultation helps therapists explore parts in their own system and those of their clients’. It is an effective way to get to know yourself deeply, energize your practice and invite more Self leadership into your life, your work and the world.
If you are new to the IFS (Internal Family Systems) world, or have been a part of it longer, and finished your level 1, you might benefit from support implementing it into your practice. If that is the case for you, I would love to offer a gentle place for you to learn and grow. We would work together on getting to know your protective system, improve un-blending and apply those skills to the work you do.
It is very exciting to see our IFS community grow and provide much needed relief for more and more people around the world!

Confidential Communication
Communication between a psychotherapist and client is considered confidential as defined by state and federal law, and, as a general rule, the therapist can neither confirm nor deny that someone is or ever has been a client, or disclose or release any information about the content of psychotherapy sessions without the prior written authorization of the client. There are, however, exceptions to this right to confidential communication including but not limited to the following:
*PLEASE NOTE: I am not trained as an expert witness or forensics professional and, therefore, I do not testify in court hearings unless ordered to do so by a court of law.
- If a client is experiencing serious suicidal urges, plan and/or intent and will not cooperate in insuring his/her personal safety, a therapist must take further measures to prevent harm and ensure the client's safety, even without the client's permission.
- If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, a therapist must notify the police and, if possible, inform the intended victim.
- If a therapist has reason to believe that the client's actions or the actions of another person reported by the client are endangering the life and/or well-being of a child, an elderly person or someone who is mentally or physically disabled, the therapist is required by law to report this information to the appropriate authorities.
- When a court of law orders a therapist to release information, the therapist is bound by law to comply with such an order.*
- If a client becomes a civil litigant and uses his/her mental health for a legal claim or defense, the content of communications may not be protected.*
- If a client is involved in a bona fide medical or mental health emergency, appropriate information may be given to medical personnel and/or other appropriate personnel.
*PLEASE NOTE: I am not trained as an expert witness or forensics professional and, therefore, I do not testify in court hearings unless ordered to do so by a court of law.
After Hours Crisis
I do not provide after hours crisis counseling. Clients experiencing a mental health crisis should go to the nearest hospital emergency room to seek assistance. Additional crisis resources include the 24-hour COPE LINE which can be reached by dialing 211.
