A 2 Day Self-Care Workshop: Through the Lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Pause. Restore. Reconnect with your-Self.
As helping professionals, we spend so much time attuning to others. This immersive IFS self-care workshop is an invitation to turn that same care inward—to listen deeply to your own system, honor the parts that work so hard for you, and reconnect with the steady presence of Self.
This workshop is not about fixing or pushing change. It is about slowing down, creating space, and allowing restoration to emerge naturally when parts feel seen, respected, and supported.
